Hi Family! Welcome to the Family Fun Weekend website. We can't wait to see everyone this summer. We're coming together to celebrate love, laughter, and legacy under our theme-- "Family Over Everything!" Get ready for a weekend full of good fun, great food, soul-filling connectedness, and unforgettable memories.
Our family fun planning team has been hard at work curate the exciting events shown on the schedule. Below you will find a link to reserve your hotel room and information to pay event fees. We need your t-shirt sizes! Please submit in the field below. You may access this site at anytime to ask questions or contact us directly at the contact numbers and emails listed below.
During the festivities, we will need extra hands on deck to ensure a seamless event. We welcome help for day-of coordination, store runs, food servers, and clean-up and set-up help for Friday and Saturday events. If you would like to assist, please send us an email or text message.
For family and friends arriving on Thursday, we will have an evening "Greet & See" at the hotel bar. Here, we will enjoy refreshing cocktails, share much-needed hugs, and maybe get a good game of BidWhist going! We also have a limited number of FREE comedy show tickets for Tommy T's Comedy Club which located near the hotel, for those who are interested.
Let's enjoy fun in the sun at the hotel pool. We reserved the pool cabanas for our event so feel free to use them to relax or store items. Delicious pizzas will be available to enjoy. Please contact Jackie or Tammy if you have any difficulty accessing the pool.
Later on that night, get ready to line dance the night away at the Boots on the Ground Denim and Diamonds Western Affair! We're ready to see your best cowboy and cowgirl swag!
What's a reunion without Bar-B-Que and all the fixins'?! Fallon Sports Park is located 5 miles from the hotel at 4605 Lockhart St., Dublin, Ca. (Picnic Areas A & B) A park map is shown below. After the cookout ends, enjoy time on your own until the evening when we host the Kickback at the hotel. Bring your best Uno, Spades, BidWhist, and Domino game. We're playing all the blues oldies but goodies for the seasoned souls in the house, and the best of current R&B and hip hop for those whose knees allow for a little more dipping!
We will close out the event with Breakfast On Your Own. Family members staying another night are free to enjoy the pool and explore the area.

Q: Which airport is closest to the event?
A: The airport nearest to Pleasanton Marriott is Oakland International Airport (OAK). OAK is located approximately 17.9 Miles from the hotel. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 36 miles from the hotel. San Jose Airport (SJC) is 27 miles from the hotel. There is no hotel airport shuttle.
Q: When is the DEADLINE TO SEND MONEY for the events?
A: In order to properly plan, it is imperative that funds are paid NO LATER THAN June 10, 2025 if at all possible. As noted above, please send using Zelle (every bank has this feature available, but not all credit unions) or CashApp. If you need assistance sending payments using these apps, please contact Jackie at (240) 484-6639. The link to pay for hotel reservations is listed below.
Q: What should I bring to the reunion?
A: Summertime in the Bay Area has varying temperatures. Bring light clothing for outdoor daytime activities, light jacket for evening or early morning activities, athletic clothes/shoes for walking, attire for relaxing, appropriate festive attire for the Western themed party, swimwear (pool towels provided), and of course GOOD VIBES!
Q: How far is the park (cookout) from the hotel?
A: Fallon Sports Park is located 5 miles from the hotel at 4605 Lockhart St., Dublin, Ca. (Picnic Areas A & B) The park map is shown above. There is a large parking lot adjacent to the picnic area.
Q: How can we REGISTER THE HOTEL ROOM?
A: CLICK THE LINK PROVIDED ABOVE. Reserve your room ASAP. We plan to release any unclaimed rooms after June 1st, if necessary.
Q: When is hotel check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. (Ask the front desk if you need a little extra time!)
Q: Can I check in early or leave late?
A: Early check-in/late check-out depends on availability — chat with the front desk when you arrive.
Q: Where do I get my welcome packet?
A: We plan to have goodies, name tags, and full weekend schedule placed in your rooms upon arrival. However, you can always refer to this website throughout the reunion weekend to stay updated on event times and locations.
Q: Is there parking at the hotel?
A: Yep! [Free].
Q: What meals and events are included?
A: We’ve got you covered for most meals. The attendance fee covers food and event space costs for the Pool Party, Denim & Diamonds Western Party, the Cookout, and reunion t-shirts. Bring your appetite and your stories!
Q: Is there a Guest Pass available for those who will only attend one event?
A: Yes, the Guest Pass is $40. Guests may send their fee to the same CashApp and Zelle as shown above. No t-shirt is included with the guest pass.
Q: Is there a separate fee for t-shirts?
A: No. T-Shirts are included in the attendance fee. Please be sure to send a message in the RSVP section that notes all t-shirt sizes needed for all attendees in your group (Youth sm-lg & Adult XS-XXL). Indicate whether youth or adult size is needed. We will do our best to accommodate sizing.
Q: Is there a special family gathering spot?
A: As noted above, the hotel ballroom will be available during the times specified for specific events. There is no other gathering spot at the hotel. We encourage everyone to hang out at the hotel bar during downtime between events. The bar is open 7:00 AM-11:00 AM, 4:00 PM-10:30 PM. There is also a shopping mall close by.
Q: What’s the dress code for events?
A: Comfy casual for most events. WEAR YOUR T-SHIRTS to the Cookout on Saturday!
Q: What should I wear to the Denim and Diamonds Roots on the Ground Western Party?
A: The short answer is, “wear whatever you want, just be ready to party!” However, for a more festive experience, please dig deep into your closets (or go to Amazon lol) and come in your best Cowboy Boots, Denim, Bling Accessories, Western Hats, Plaid or Flannel Shirts, Bandanas, Belt Buckles, and of course a fan because we will be asking … “Where Dem Fans At??!”
Q: Will rides be provided for activities off-site?
A: No. However, you’re free to carpool or Uber/Lyft. The hotel has a free shuttle to any location within a 5 mile radius.

Q: Are there options for special diets?
A: No. However, we will have a variety of food options available.
Q: Are kids welcome at everything?
A: Yes! All events are family-friendly (excluding Thursday comedy show).
Q: What are the pool and gym hours?
A: Pool: 7:00 AM–10:00 PM (Towels provided)
Gym: 24/7 access (because someone’s always that motivated).
Q: What if it rains?
A: This event is happening each day … rain or shine (with the exception of severe thunder and lightening if expected to last all day)
Q: Will there be a photographer?
A: No. However, we encourage everyone to take as many pictures as possible. We will have a QR Code available to upload your pictures directly from your phone. We will share them with everyone after the event ends. Bring your own professional camera too if you have one — the more memories, the better!
